Deep cleaning.
Band recovery.
Controlled procedures.
Once the belt is installed in our washing rack, Scotch-Brite pads are used to remove surface residues of fabric or loose fibers from line work.
Then, depending on the level of contamination and the type of belt, a biodegradable degreaser is applied.
Finally, the belt undergoes a thorough water wash. It's worth noting that this process is carried out under controlled conditions (speed, distance, nozzle opening angle of the pressure washer, temperature, etc.).
This process is initially applied to the back of the belt, and once this cycle is complete, the same process is repeated on the front, ensuring the highest possible level of cleanliness. -
The best repair option
Elimination of all imperfections.
Application of the thermoforming process.
Maximum attention to every detail.
Objective: To eliminate all imperfections (polymer residues, roughness, spatula or dry ice damage, etc.) caused by the production process on the belt in order to match, as far as possible, the original conditions of the forming belt.
Polymer repair and waste removal
The forming strip is subjected to high tension to apply heat, preventing deformation. Two specialist technicians use hand tools to remove all melt-blown and spunbond plastic coatings from the mesh.
Once the belt is clean and free of plastic residue, our specialist technicians replace all filaments that may be broken, rough, twisted or in poor condition with new filaments.
Once the belt is completely restructured, a thermoforming process is applied so that the new filaments adhere to the belt and take the indicated shape of the original belt pattern.
Having completely restructured the belt, our quality team, working closely with production, inspects it meter by meter until it receives their approval. Once this step is complete, the belt is protected with plastic film, cardboard, and wrapped with a discarded piece of belt.

The best option in resizing
Give your higher-tech bands a second life, from higher-tech to lower-tech.
Stop buying new belts for your older machines.
Significant savings on a global scale.
Recycling and ecological impact.
Objective: To offer our customers economically attractive solutions for recycling and reusing belts from higher to lower technologies.
RE-SIZED BANDS
Starting from the premise that each production machine has its own particularities, we discovered that those belts that are no longer useful for the strictest lines in terms of belt conditions, we developed the process of redesigning a belt that is no longer useful for a larger line towards a lower technology line.
First of all, the belt is subjected to our advanced measurement process to study and determine that the conditions of the belt in question have the potential to meet the usage parameters of the production line that is intended to be fitted with the belt.
Once a candidate band for redesign is found, the excess fabric is removed lengthwise and widthwise, making very precise cuts in it.
Each case is studied individually to determine whether the original eyelets (the joining points) will be used, one original side will be used and the other will be manufactured, or new eyelets will be manufactured on both sides.
Once this process is finished, a thermoforming process is performed on the seams of the band to ensure that both edges are counterparts to each other, and that machine sewing is simple and easy.
Following this, the processes described in the cleaning and repair services are carried out to match the quality parameters required by the production machines.
